Catalina Uceda is a coach at Witness The Fitness who is deeply passionate about health and fitness, focusing not only on her own well-being but, more importantly, guiding clients toward achieving their unique goals. Her coaching approach centers on empowerment, where she utilizes strength training and nutrition guidance to help clients build self-confidence. Catalina believes that fitness should be a rewarding and enjoyable process, and she is committed to ensuring every client feels supported as they flourish and work toward their milestones.


Catalina brings a strong foundation of both academic knowledge and practical experience to the gym floor. Since 2022, she has been a certified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV) and has further expanded her expertise with programming and nutrition advisor certifications from the Women’s Fitness Academy. Currently, she is progressing through her Bachelor in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland, with a specific focus on nutrition science. This blend of formal education and over two years of hands-on coaching experience—both in-person and online—allows Catalina to provide informed, personalized guidance to every individual she trains.


Her personal fitness journey is deeply rooted in strength. As a competitive powerlifter with four years of experience, Catalina understands first-hand the transformative power of a supportive training environment. Inspired by the mentorship and community she found with the "Girls Who Lift" team in Melbourne, she is dedicated to fostering that same sense of belonging and encouragement for her clients. Catalina thrives on collaboration and is committed to continuous professional growth, bringing her energy and enthusiasm to the Witness The Fitness community.
