Just bring your baby essentials (nappy bag, toys, blanket) along with a water bottle and towel. We provide all fitness equipment.
Q5: Is the Mums and Bubs program safe if I had a C-section?
Yes, but only after you’ve received clearance from your doctor. Our trainers will adapt the workouts to suit your recovery needs.
