Harry is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of Queensland. With more than 500 hours of hands-on experience across UQ Healthy Living, Perform Well and Movement4Health, he has delivered individual and group sessions for a wide range of clients — from active adults to those managing chronic health conditions.

During his clinical placements, Harry specialised in coaching clients over 50 looking to improve strength, mobility and long-term health through tailored exercise. His approach centres on clear communication, evidence-based programming and building genuine connections with the people he coaches.

Alongside his clinical background, Harry works with UQ Sport, where he has refined his ability to create welcoming, supportive training environments for people of all fitness levels. Whether modifying sessions for specific needs or motivating groups to work toward shared goals, Harry brings a calm, confident and informative coaching style to every session.

Beyond the gym, Harry plays rugby union for Wests Bulldogs and has coached junior teams both at Wests and Brisbane Grammar School. His experience in high-performance sporting settings has shaped his ability to read a group, lead effectively and tailor coaching to match the energy and needs of the room.
